Serious but Oh So Cute

Talk about a gorgeous little celebration as this little baby celebrated turning 6 months. If you can’t tell, the styling looks very similar to a session I did before. Her momma booked her session based on photos she loved from a previous session. I tell all my moms and dads that milestone sessions are on average 30 minutes. Typically once 30 minutes hit babies tend to be over the photos. This girl stayed right on track and was the cutest little model as she stared straight in to the camera. Once we were about 30 minutes in she was done.

For outfit changes I suggest only two outfit changes. It is not because I don’t want to get as many cute photos as possible, but babies have a time limit of being pacified for pictures. This little girl posed in this cute little pink dress and the naked for another.

I suggest booking all 3-9 month sessions 45 days in advance. One year photos I suggest booking at 3 month in advance if you are choosing a theme. Parents are always asking me for suggestions on milestone themes. I highly suggest looking on pinterest for ideas. I also suggest doing a theme you may use for a first birthday so that you can use the picture for invitations or thank you cards.
